Ashley Arenson is the General Manager of Soho Tech Labs, leading product pipeline generation, development & growth and operating the day in and day out business of the incubator. Ashley worked in a high capacity tech role as Director of Innovation on Barack Obama's National campaign team managing strategy, communication and operations for the technology and analytics teams. Ben Regenspan is the CTO of Soho Tech Labs. He was Lead Social Developer at Huffington Post, where he played a key role in building social features that allowed Huffington Post to grow and innovate. He's also a renowned scarf collector and inappropriate Tweeter.

Paul Berry is Founder and CEO of Soho Tech Labs and RebelMouse. He is a General Partner at Lerer Ventures and serves on the Digital Board of American Express. Previously, he was CTO of Huffington Post and before that, Vice President at Related Capital. He is married with 3 kids and lives in Tribeca, Manhattan.

Kenneth Lerer

Kenneth Lerer is a Managing Director at Lerer Ventures. He was the Chairman and Co-Founder of The Huffington Post. Mr. Lerer is Chairman of Betaworks and Buzzfeed, and is Vice-Chairman of Bedrocket. He is a member of Pilot Group LLC, a private investment firm. Mr. Lerer is Chairman Emeritus of the Public Theater in New York City and serves on the boards of directors of several nonprofit organizations, including Association to Benefit Children (ABC), and the Bank Street College of Education. In 2008-09, Mr. Lerer served as the Hearst New Media Professional-in-Residence at Columbia Journalism School.

Eric Hippeau is a Managing Director at Lerer Ventures. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of The Huffington Post. He is also a Special Partner at Softbank Capital, a U.S. based venture capital firm, making investments in early stage technology and digital media companies. Softbank Capital is an early investor in the The Huffington Post and Mr. Hippeau began serving on the board in August, 2006. Prior to joining Softbank Capital, Mr. Hippeau was Chairman and CEO of Ziff-Davis. He serves on the boards of several public and private companies, including Starwood HotelsThe Huffington Post,Thumbplay and Buddy Media.

Jonah Peretti is Founder and CEO of BuzzFeed, the first true social news organization that provides a pioneering mix of breaking news, entertainment and shareable content. Mr. Peretti, known for creating viral hits, tracking online social behavior and building technology to amplify buzz is also a co-founder of The Huffington Post. He has been called a “viral marketing hotdog” by the New York Times, “the poster boy of guerilla media” by AlterNet and a “computer-whiz” by The New Yorker. Fast Company named Mr. Peretti one of the “New Faces of Social Media” and Business Insider listed him as one of the “11 Rising Tech Stars to Watch in 2012.”

Mr. Peretti is a graduate of the MIT Media Lab and has taught at NYU and the Parsons School of Design. His work has been covered by Time, the Economist, Fortune, and Business Insider and he has appeared as a guest on the Today Show, Good Morning America and CNN.

In 2012, Mr. Peretti launched a new BuzzFeed political section and hired Ben Smith of POLITICO to lead as Editor-in-Chief. BuzzFeed reaches over 25 million monthly unique visitors and gets the majority of its traffic from social sources like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and more.

Eric Ashman is a Strategic Advisor at The Thrillist Media Group. Eric joined Thrillist in 2011 as the company's first CFO. Eric was previously the CFO at The Huffington Post. Prior to The Huffington Post, Eric was the CFO of TheStreet.com, and the CFO of Text 100 Technology Public Relations, a global technology PR firm. Eric is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management, started his career as a Certified Public Accountant, and has taught at the NYU Center for Publishing.

Greg Coleman

Greg Coleman

Greg Coleman has held executive positions in many of the world’s most influential technology companies. He was formerly the president and Chief Revenue Officer at the Huffington Post and the EVP of global sales at Yahoo. He also served as President of Platform-A at AOL from February to April of 2009. Coleman was previously senior vice president of Reader’s Digest Association and president of U.S. Magazine Publishing. Previously, at CBS, Inc., he spent 10 years leading advertising efforts for Woman’s Day as vice president and national sales manager. Coleman holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Georgetown University and attended the M.B.A. program at New York University.
